My first Dust ( Paolo Parente ) model !
Today arrived my first model from the Dust world created by Paolo Parente one of my favorite artists. I hope to finish it in time for the ” 1st Dust Modelling Competition” wich will take place on October 29. Here are some photos of the model called GUNTHER:

Republic P-47D Thunderbolt “Bubbletop” part 2
After a time without doing much with the model I could finally finish the radial engine as well as the cabin and its various components. Soon I will start with painting the fuselage. As always I used Vallejo paints ( Model Color and Model Air ) and oils for the weathering.
I always incorporate satin or gloss varnish to the mix of paint, this is how I prepare the surface for the oils ( remember to use turpentine to thinned the oils ).
